Introduction
Destini Global LLC (“Destini”, “we” or “our”) provides a product locator service called Destini that enables you to search for locations that sell certain products. In connection with your use of the product locator, we will obtain limited information about you (referred to in this policy as “Personal Data”) that we use to operate the locator service. This privacy policy explains how Destini uses the Personal Data we collect from you when you use the product locator.
Please read this privacy policy so that you can make an informed decision about using the product locator.
Destini Global LLC is the controller of the Personal Data collected. This means it determines how and why to process your Personal Data. Although the product locator appears on the website or in the application of our client, the product locator service is provided by Destini and our affiliates and service providers.
This privacy policy was last modified on June 8, 2021.
Collection of Personal Data
We collect your Personal Data in the following ways:
- Information that you provide to us. You may enter information, such as a post code or address, or products that you are interested in locating, in connection with using the product locator.
- We do not require you to provide your name in order to use the product locator. However, we may collect your name and email address where the product requested is not available, so that we can notify you if and when the product becomes available.
- You may provide us with an email address for yourself, a friend, family member or other third party so we can send information that you request to that email address. We will use that email address only for the purpose of notifying the recipient of the email, that a product is available. The recipient of the email may contact us to remove the email address from our systems, and we provide information regarding how to remove the email address in the email that we send.
- Information that we obtain from your use of the product locator. When you use the product locator, we may obtain information about products you are searching for and shop locations that are relevant to you.
- Information collected automatically. We may obtain information about you through the use of cookies, web beacons, web logs, and other technologies that are strictly necessary to provide you with the product locator, which receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us by using the product locator. These technologies may collect your IP address, mobile device identification, the type of device or operating system in use, the type of browser being used, the number and frequency of uses of our product locator, and similar technical information.
- Information you allow us to collect. If you allow us, we will automatically collect the location of your device to auto populate the post code field in the search function. If you wish to disable access to the location services, you can do so by making changes in your device using the settings feature.
We are unable to identify you personally using only the Personal Data we obtain from your use of the product locator. It is not until you provide us with your name and email address (if you choose), that we can link the Personal Data we have obtained about you, to you personally.
